First-purchase money-back guarantee
When Pro launches, WebhookKit intends to offer a full refund of the initial Pro subscription payment when requested within 14 calendar days of the first purchase, without requiring a reason. This voluntary guarantee will apply to eligible individuals and businesses. It will not restart on renewals. It adds to, and does not limit, mandatory consumer rights or Paddle's applicable refund rules. Later payments are subject to applicable law and Paddle's relevant refund provisions.
Requesting a refund
Paddle is intended to be the Merchant of Record for Pro purchases. Once payments launch, request a refund through Paddle buyer support or the support link in your purchase receipt. Paddle will handle purchase-related support and process approved refunds. Do not send payment-card details to WebhookKit. See Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Paddle's general discretionary refund rule is separate from WebhookKit's planned voluntary first-purchase guarantee.
Cancellation and access
Canceling a Pro subscription at any time prevents future renewals. Access normally remains active through the paid billing period. Cancellation does not itself request a refund. When an approved refund takes effect, Pro access ends upon approval. The account returns to Developer Free and remains available; existing Pro endpoints are deactivated and removed from the active workspace. Associated captured requests follow the service's deletion and cleanup processes and existing backup-retention rules. See the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Statutory rights and contact
Mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase remain unaffected and may vary by jurisdiction. Paddle's refund procedures and buyer terms also apply to transactions it processes. For product questions, contact [email protected].
